  • Explore the symbolism in our national flag and look for historic flags in the Museum.
  • Sing and march!

Beetles, Bugs and Butterflies
Saturday, April 1, 2017; 9:30am-Noon | Register through the Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast

  • Learn about bugs in your own backyard and which ones are helpful and which ones are harmful.
  • Do an insect observation.
  • Create a poster and butterfly magnet.
  • Design a model of an insect’s home.
  • Look at insects and other bugs in the Kenosha Public Museum’s collection.

Paint My World

Using watercolors, tempera, and puffy paint experience the world of a painter to express yourself in four different pieces of art. Tour the Museum to marvel at artworks created by watercolor artists.
