Dinosaur Discovery Museum Lobby

Start your visit at the front desk for an orientation to the Museum.

Monday – Closed
Tuesday through Sunday – Noon to 5pm

The Dinosaur Discovery Museum is closed on Mondays year round.

Closed Holidays

The Museums are closed:
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, December 26, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day

The Museums may be open for special activities on some holidays.

 I Spy Activity

Find cool artifacts and interesting facts as you explore the museum. Print the I SPY Activity to bring to the museum on your next visit. Remember to bring a pencil. When you have found all the items, make up a clue of your own!

 

Fees

There is no admission fee to the Dinosaur Discovery Museum. Donations are accepted at the door. Suggested donation is $3 per person.

Note: Group tours are available by appointment. Fees may apply.

Accessibility

The Museum is handicap accessible and visitors are welcome to bring their own wheelchair, walker, or other device. Service animals are welcome. The Museum has one wheelchair that may be checked out for use during your visit. Stop at the front desk for more information.

Directions

Here are directions to the Dinosaur Discovery Museum:

From the north:
Take I-94 to STH 158. Travel to STH 32, approximately seven miles. Turn right on to STH 32 and travel to 56th Street. Turn right on 56th Street and travel one block to 10th Avenue.

From the south:
Take I-94 to STH 158. Travel to STH 32, approximately seven miles. Turn right on to STH 32 and travel to 56th Street. Turn right on 56th Street and travel one block to 10th Avenue.

From the west:
Travel east on STH 158 to STH 32 approximately seven miles. Turn right on STH 32 and travel to 56th Street. Turn right on 56th Street and travel one block to 10th Avenue.

Parking

Free and metered on-street parking is available surrounding the Museum; parking for a limited number of vehicles is available on the northwest side of the Museum grounds.
